Laura Truman, NP, Family Nurse Practitioner

Laura Truman, Nurse Practitioner, graduated from Baylor University with a BS in Nursing in 1998, and received her certification as an FNP from the University of San Diego in 2010.  Laura's background was in Emergency/Trauma Nursing.  She currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego Hahn School of Nursing.

Laura joins our practice at the Ramona Health Center where she sees the opportunity to help manage acute and chronic health problems in the community.  Laura chose her specialty because she believes in personalized medicine and enjoys the one-on-one contact with people of all backgrounds and ages.

Laura's hobbies include gardening and biking and other sports activities.  She continues to be involved in outreach programs associated with the Hahn School of Nursing.
