Nicole Esposito, MD, has been with NCHS since 2009. As a dual trained provider, she has a special interest in participating in programs which expand upon traditional healthcare models to better accommodate patients who have both mental health and chronic medical needs. She also has an interest in treating severe psychiatric illness in women during and after pregnancy. “In treating my patients, I find it most important to identify their barriers to accessing care, their strengths, and their own healthcare priorities,” she said.
 
Dr. Esposito received her medical school training at the University of Toledo, College of Medicine, and completed her residency in Family Medicine and Psychiatry at University of California, San Diego (UCSD).

Nicole enjoys spending her free time running, playing soccer and gardening.
