HIV/AIDS Community Case Management

Project Summary

NCHS’ Community Case Management Program assists persons infected with HIV and AIDS. The program provides medical and dental services to program patients as well as HIV testing, counseling and outreach services. Eligibility for services varies by program. Our mission is to “enrich the quality of life of those infected or affected by HIV/AIDS and those at risk in the community by providing innovative services from experienced and caring staff in a sensitive and fiscally responsible manner.”
