Andrew Rinde

Board Director

Andrew S Rinde has over 35 years experience in the healthcare industry as hospital administrator, healthcare executive and senior management consultant.

Mr. Rinde served as Executive Director of the Arizona Association of Community Health Centers (AACHC) for 14 years before retiring. Under Mr. Rinde’s leadership, the AACHC developed a highly successful state advocacy program, significantly expanded membership and the scope and depth of services. During this time, the AACHC became one of the strongest state primary care associations in the nation.

Prior to the AACHC, Mr. Rinde was the President of Rinde Enterprises, a Phoenix healthcare management consulting firm. Projects included strategic planning, marketing, mergers, medical practice sales and acquisitions as well as solving operational problems and negotiating joint ventures.

Mr. Rinde was also affiliated with the St. Luke’s Health System in Phoenix, Arizona for nine years serving first as Assistant Administrator and eventually moving to CEO of the 280 bed tertiary care medical-surgical facility.

Mr. Rinde received an MS in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
