Diane Seaberg is an attorney consultant having received her J.D. from University of Miami School of Law. Diane is a member of the State Bar of California and specializes in insurance and risk management practice. Diane is a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for children in foster care and has great compassion for children. Diane says of North County Health Services “it is a privilege to be associated with an organization whose interest in children, both through service and fund raising, is such a great part of who they are.”
