Fran Welchez

Fran Welchez has been a nurse practitioner since 1974. She was born in New York City, NY. She graduated from Einstein College of Medicine Adult Nurse Practitioner program and took up residency in California in 1988. Fran Welchez rejoined North County Health Services in 1999. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and California Coalition of Nurse Practitioners.
Ms. Welchez takes the time to provide the personalized treatment while she administers medical care to her patients. She says, "I enjoy working with my clients. I especially like to help persons of the community who may not have the resources to access health services. She chose her profession because she favors the interaction with various age groups; she has a special interest in the treatment of diabetic patients.
