The New Oceanside Health Center

Oceanside Health Center
NCHS constructed a new 12,000 square-foot community health center in Oceanside’s Loma Alta neighborhood to replace our Oceanside Carlsbad Health Center. It opened in July 2009 and houses 22 exam rooms, isolation and treatment rooms, conference and educational rooms, and sufficient administrative and waiting area space, significantly increasing the availability of health services delivered to our valued area patients. In five years we expect to almost double the number of patients served in the community.

North County Health Services’ capital campaign for the new Oceanside Health Center received generous support from the community. The completion of the successful capital campaign strengthened NCHS’ capacity to serve those with fewer resources, thus preventing delays in care which can often lead to more costly treatments at other out patient or in patient facilities.
