The Early Intervention Services Center
The Early Intervention Services Center (EISC) is a “one stop shopping” concept for the delivery of services to the HIV community in North County where clients can go to one location and access or get referrals to all the major services they may need. The EISC provides access to information and referral, peer advocacy, HIV testing, case management, ADAP enrollment, bi-lingual services, access to primary medical care, toiletries, volunteer opportunities, social events, HIV educational presentations and collaborative services such as mental health counseling, legal services and support groups.
Target Audience
Persons with high-risk for disease and persons who have HIV/AIDS.
