Sheila Brown, RN MBA FACHE
Sheila Brown is a valued healthcare professional with experience and heart, bringing her dynamic personality, her multi-tasking skills and her extensive knowledge of the industry to the NCHS Board of Directors. Sheila came to NCHS as a Board Director in early 2009.
Currently, Sheila serves as Chief Clinical Outreach Officer at Palomar Pomerado Health. She oversees all PPH outreach services including retail health centers, home health, behavioral health, rehabilitation, corporate and employee health services and more.
Sheila Brown is a graduate of St. Louis University where she began her career at BJC Health before coming to California. She holds FACHE status as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executive Association, membership with the National Association of Occupational Health Professionals, sits on the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the President's Council at California State University of San Marcos (CSUSM).
On a personal level, Ms. Brown is extremely proud of her supportive husband and two children and is a keen advocate for strong family and community values. Says Sheila “being a board member for the community to address healthcare needs is important and being part of NCHS provides me that opportunity.”
