MEDICAL ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST (MISSION MESA PEDIATRICS (Oceanside))
Description
Variable hours - Tues, Wed, Thurs - 7:30-5:30; Fri-8-5:00, and Sat 7:45-4:30pm.
Opportunity to use both back office and front office medical assistant skills (insurance registration, labs, blood draws, immunizations, venipuncture)—addressing patient needs with excellent customer service skills.
Requires high school diploma or GED, Medical Assistant Certification, current life saving certification (CPR). Spanish communication skills preferred. Also requires ability to work in fast-paced medical center and excellent patient customer service skills.
Experience required for Medical Assistants:
Regular MA positions -1 or more yrs experience
Lead MA positions – 2 -3 yrs experience "
